Student Support Registration Form
This form is intended for school administrators or education Staffs to register children in need of educational support from HIRO Foundation Rwanda for the 2025–2026 academic year.
Eligibility Criteria for Nominated Students:
- Must be in the top 5 academic performers in their class from the most recent school term and or the 2 previous
- Must be enrolled in the Upper Primary
- Must not be receiving support from any other organization or sponsorship
- Must be evidently facing financial challenges (e.g.: Lack of School Materials, Clothing, Meals, School Fees, ).
- Must demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and continue their

We are a Non-Government Non-Profit Organization
dedicated to empowering talented children who face financial hardships to access quality education. At HIRO Foundation, we believe that “Talent Deserves a Chance to shine,” and we strive to create opportunities for bright young minds who otherwise might be denied the chance to fulfill their potential due to economic barriers.
Our mission is to identify and support students who demonstrate academic excellence and a strong desire to learn but lack the necessary resources such as school supplies, uniforms, and nutritious meals. We now focus particularly on children in the upper primary level who have shown exceptional performance but are hindered by poverty.
Through partnerships with local education authorities and communities, we aim to provide possible and essential support to deserving students in this upcoming academic year 2026-2027 and the next upcoming ones, ensuring they can continue their studies and succeed in their academic journey.
We are committed to fostering a future where all talented children, regardless of their background, have the opportunity to thrive and contribute positively to society.
